Abstract
This research is concerned with communication aspects in business. It is targeted mostly towards service management, in all kind of business, not just service related business. We have tested different aspects of communication between customer and company through the Internet. During the project 500 companies´ Internet locations have been tested. In this work we report the results for 250 major companies. This research found many weak points and problems in company-customer communications, and therefore in the relationship between then
