Abstract :
The paper presents a design and implementation for 6-DOF motion flight simulation considering the impact of meteorological factors. The impact of meteorological factors on aircraft movement and aircraft control system are fully quantified in the system. The software is purely designed and developed based on object-oriented analysis methodology, featured with main functions as simulation conditions configuration, motion control, result visibility and real time data output. The software can be easily extended and customized by configuring aircraft model, air environment model, ocean & earth model and control model. It can serve as a convenient simulation tool to do research on flight status, performance test and evaluation of aircraft affected by meteorological factors.
