Abstract
Over the past few decades, science parks were highlighted as the outcome of policy under tendency of global specialization. However, it lacked comprehensive concept of spatial planning and resulted in the necessity of urban replanning as way to guide the fusion with surrounding natural and humanity environment. This research focuses on the fast growing T.C.S.P. (Taichung Science Park) as case study, bases on the viewpoint of integrated spatial planning, explores main issues and strategies for its community development and spatial planning by adopting the mixed research methods.
