Abstract :
This paper explains two new methods for the measurement of touch voltage, in TN power systems, under low voltage earth faults. After some general considerations of standard measurements, as a consequence of direct experiences and tests, two new methods (voltage drop and volt-amperometric) have been studied as an alternative to the method which foresees the measurement of fault loop impedance Zs for the direct measurement of touch voltage Uc
