Abstract :
This paper presents a support tool for knowledge management activities at a tactical and operational level. Knowledge management problems are complex to analyse as they combine multiple causation and mutual interdependence with a high contextual sensitivity. The support tool is based on an ontological framework used to identify the roots of knowledge management problems, and on a conceptualisation of knowledge management as compromise management
