Abstract :
Aiming at the shortage of response to emergency condition of multi-agent secondary voltage control in normal operating condition, organizational structure, collaborative modeling and solving of multi-agent secondary voltage control for emergency condition are studied. Based on sensitivity information, using multi-agent contract negotiation strategy to redefine the control region to respond to emergency condition, a virtual multi-agency alliance is established, the organizational structure of secondary voltage control for emergency condition is formed. Based on the established organizational structure the task, division of labor and the need alternate information of each control region are confirmed for coordinated established corrective control model, thereby the collaborative modeling and solving process of secondary voltage control model for emergency condition are established. Case studies on New England 10-machine 39-bus show that the proposed idea is reasonable.
