Three hierarchy is set up include the decision goal, the criteria for evaluating the alternatives and the last one is the alternatives for reaching the goal. From the AHP model, the different weight of the alternatives can be calculated. So the enterprise can make a right decision about how to select appropriate outsourcing providers according to the different weight of the alternatives. This method is applied into the selection of data process outsourcing provider, which provides a new method for selection.
