Abstract
At present, number of feasibility study avoided infeasibility study deliberately. This paper tried to bring the infeasibility study as a procedure, which makes it a section in the earlier decision. By establishing a system online for comments on the decision of key projects, seeking for the opinions of infeasibility study of key projects, standardizing the procedure of the infeasibility study to be a fixed pattern of the system, to develop its ability in decision-making of the projects.
