Abstract :
Describes a radio frequency sharing system which uses two frequency pairs to serve 15 village telephones (VTs). The radio equipment along with a controller are provided at the base station close to the telephone exchange on which the VTs are to be connected. The base station controller recognises all the individual identities for the subscribers, generates all the control functions and supervises the protocols to be followed in the system
