Abstract :
Selection of spinning process plan is the primary issue in spinning processing. Practical experience shows that, the most desirable plan can be determined only through taking into account of comprehensive factors such as the structure shape and size of spinned pieces, product quality, rough material and surface conditions, the production performance and usage of equipment as well as the economical efficiency of production and other factors, after the spining production task has been fixed. Otherwise, it will directly affect the spinning quality of the pieces. In this paper, on the one hand, the authors sum up the impaction of metal spinning process on the quality of spinned pieces from aspects of section of spinning mode, treatment of blank, selection of process parameters during spinning process, and lubrication of metal spinning, etc.; on the other hand, the future development of metal spinning process is also prospected in the paper.
