  • Abstract
    The paper examines the relationship between coefficient sensitivity in second order recursive digital filters and the availability of transfer functions. It is shown that coefficient sensitivity does not predict the availability of transfer functions for implementations giving an absolute coefficient quantization or which provide simple programming steps.
