Abstract :
Protein biointeractions have been interpreted using the Resonant Recognition Model with specific frequencies in the spectra of numerical presentations of protein sequences. It was shown that the protein active site represents the site in the protein 3D structure, where the frequency associated with the ligand interaction is strongest and thus it provides the best resonant conditions for energy transfer at this frequency.
