Abstract :
Tilt-Rotor is a new type of rotorcraft, because of its advanced performance, it has been researched by many aero great powers. Transmission, the key system of tilt-rotor, has the direct influence on the capability, the environmental performance and the security of tilt-rotor with its vibration characteristics. Based on the structure of the transmission, a transmission- wing coupling dynamic model including time-varying mesh stiffness and static transmission error was proposed, then its dynamic equations was built. Calculated the dynamic responses of the transmission-wing coupling system in the three flight modes: aircraft, transition and helicopter. Analysed the characteristics of those dynamic responses. At last, investigated the influence of some design parameters on the dynamic loads of each gear pair. The results present some useful informations for analyzing reliability, dynamic efficiency and dynamic optimization of the transmission, and provide a theoretical basis for the transmission design of new type tilt-rotor.
