  • Abstract
    Skew-prime matrices over noncommutative rings and over the ring of rationals (over a field) are considered. For the first case, a simple proof of a relationship between certain matrices which plays a key role in output regulation/tracking problems is given. For the second case, over rationals, an approach towards a characterization of the "fixed poles" of this equation is developed.
