Abstract :
It presents a timing traveling spin wave USM test system that comprises a virtual device, USM drive device and data acquisition control module. Through this system, the test of dynamic parameter of spin USM is stability realized. It proves to be easy in operation, credible in data, and friendly in human-machine interface, which tends to be covered in the automatic test of further application and production for the traveling spin wave USM.
