Abstract :
Based on the case of Kongming Township, Qionglai City, this paper analyzes the changes of land use in the research area between 1996 and 2008; moreover, with the Costanza method and in combination with Xie Gaodi´s ecosystem services value coefficient, the regional ecosystem services values are assessed and their coefficients of sensitivity are analyzed. The results show that the land use changes between 1996 and 2008 have damaged the ecosystem service functions of that region; the ecosystem services value decreased from RMB 359.80 × 105 yuan in 1996 to RMB 348.78 × 105 yuan in 2008, down by RMB 11.02 × 105 yuan; the coefficients of sensitivity CS of value coefficient of land use type are all less than 1, indicating that the ecosystem services value lacks flexibility to the ecosystem service coefficient. Comparatively, the changes of the total value of ecosystem service are the most sensitive to the changes of forest land and then to the cultivate land; they are the least sensitive to the changes of transportation land.
