Abstract :
In order to research spatiotemporal database and corresponding datasets based on the port scheduling management, this paper has founded a mathematical model of ships while they come into or go out of the port during scheduling. Meanwhile basing on the datasets supported by the spatiotemporal database theory, three data structure has been defined to store a single object instance, dispose a single object instance and exhibit the current instances of multi-objects changed with time. A kind of algorithm for the generation of spatiotemporal datasets of the port scheduling was implemented. The simulated experiment showed the feasibility and the validity of the algorithm and gave us a satisfied result.
