Abstract :
Affecting factors of biosorption of MoO42- by Pseudomonas Pseudoalcaligenes were studied, influences of biosorption by pH, temperature, coexisting metal ions and additional glucose were tested. The test results showed that the best pH for biosorption was 7, the best temperature for biosorption was 30°C~50°C, the balance time of biosorption was 40~60min. Influence by coexisting metal ions was significant. Organic nutrients not only failed to promote biosorption of MoO42-, but reduced the amount of biosorption.
