Research on college graduates working as village officials

This paper conducts a deep research on the college graduates´ attention and attitude towards serving rural areas, as well as the motivation and influencing factors for working as village officials, in methods of questionnaires, interviews, and seminars etc. Furthermore, specific countermeasures have been put forward in terms of strengthening the students cultivation, establishing a correct concept of employment, and making full use of university education and guidance, as well as establishing long-term mechanism of students serving rural areas.
