Abstract :
The separation and purification of bovine serum albumin from blood through modified polyethylene glycol 6000 with long-chain aliphatic dicarboxylic acids mixed with Tween 80 and phosphate liquid-solid extraction system. The influences of conditions such as the amount of modified C12-PEG 6000, concentrations of Tween 80 and salt, acidity, temperature etc., were studied. The easy phase formation by this method can make solid and liquid phase separated without other treatment, so that the imperfection (centrifugation) of liquid biphasic technology can be eliminated. The method mentioned in this paper has the features of high capacity, cost effectiveness, convenience measuring. Meanwhile the polymer and salt comprising the extraction system can stabilize and protect the bioactive substances.
