Abstract :
The congestion charging would become the important factor of travelers´ route choice when cities carry out the congestion charging. This article concerns the problem of route optimization choice based on congestion charging of the route. According to that, use variable weigh analytic hierarchy process (VWAHP) to analyze the route choice decision-marking. Results show that the approach of analysis could not only benefit using reasonable charging measure, but also guide travelers´ travel.
