Abstract :
Computer-assisted instruction(CAI) plays important roll in morden medical education. We experience that CAI has many innate advantages in medical immunology class teaching over traditional education and some problems due to improper application. CAI needs to be popularized vigorously, but traditional teaching model can´t be displaced completely. Both of them are compatible, and have complementary advantages.
