Abstract
During the construction of modern hospital, human resource is the source of continuous competitive advantage for hospitals The article introduces the significance of the JCI standards application in hospital strategic human resource management and summarizes JCI practice in domestic hospital strategic human resource management from five aspects and the specific points that need attention in the practice are discussed.
