Abstract :
In this study, simulations are done for three types of the electron guns. Simulated brightness is much larger than Langmuir limit for the special conditions. If these simulated brightness are obtained experimentally, some electron optical system become high performance. A problem to be resolved is to obtain experimental brightness by some newly designed electron gun.
