Case study on the development orientations of suburban industry new city

Industrial development and urban construction of new city support each other, whose orientations guide the new city into the healthy development and the smooth progress of post-operational level. Taking special steel new city in Jiaxing as a case, this paper explores the industrial guidance and construction carrier of new city. To ensure the healthy development of industry new city ,the orientations are established and the strategies are put forward from the angle of facing the city.
