Abstract :
In this present study, the calculation of the antireflection structured (ARS) surface by the designed profile 3-D sub-wavelength structured arrays using the finite difference time domain analysis (FDTD) numerical calculation was studied. The reflectance of conical structure arrays were fabricated by holographic exposure and photolithographic processes on the polymer film.
