Abstract :
During last years, we can observe numerous efforts to find more efficient approach to mathematics education, often joint to the emerging technological achievements. There are more interested parties in this process - teachers, parents, children, authors of teaching/learning materiel. Our paper aims to show the process of math education web portal creation, based on the strong collaboration of authors and teachers, whereas authors of the paper belong to all adult parties participating in the global process of educational reform. We show - using our own creation process - how to formulate, adjust and represent given parameters, how to open the discussion about the true needs of teachers´ community, how to bring participating teachers to precise their interests and how to translate them to the algorithmic language to be understood by programmers. The principal points of this process are exposed as well as the true feed-back of teachers´ community.
