Abstract :
There are so many evaluation problems in biostatistics that are solved well. Based on actual evaluation work we proposed a kind of generalized linear regression model with convex constraint and unknown dependent variable. We give the maximum likelihood estimate of the parameters using EM algorithm. The convergences of both LSE and MLE are proved. Our work may give a useful tool for biostatistics evaluation and a precondition for deep research of the model.
