  • Abstract
    We study covering theory at first and then propose minimum sphere covering (MSC) algorithms in high dimension space. We build an extensible covering neural network by using minimum sphere covering algorithm. At last, we applied this algorithm in speech recognition and better results describe its effectiveness.
