  • Abstract
    Sound card as DAQ card has low-price, high performance and flexible-system such virtues. However, because the sound card is only for the collection of sound signals (20Hz~20kHz), it´s unsatisfactory for electrocardiosignals that contain low frequency components. So, this paper applied LabVIEW programming environment to realize a design proposal of electrocardiosignal acquisition measurement system that match the frequency of the PC sound card based on the standard amplitude modulation (AM) theory in common computer with sound card. Practical application shows that the signal acquisition technology based on sound card, especially combining with virtual instruments and modulation has broad prospects.
