Abstract
Implementing modern education needs an education system, which is a group of elements relating organically together including teaching organization, teaching facilities, teaching staffs and so on, as its support. Education system is the basis for implementing education activities. In the view of the characteristics of different education activities, how to build a reasonable and high-efficient education system is the focus of the research in this paper. On the basis of deeply studying the features of education system, this paper realizes that the process of building an education system can be achieved by the thought of engineering. This is called education system requirements engineering in this paper. That means, firstly to obtain the education system requirements, then express the requirements with appropriate means, and finally demonstrate that the education system is able to support specific teaching activities by verifying the requirements. This paper also applies the thought, process and tools of software requirements engineering in obtaining, expressing and verifying education system requirements, so as to provide some standardized methods for building a reasonable and high-efficient education system.
