Abstract
In this paper, erbium doped zinc sulfide nanoparticles was synthesized using an aqueous chemical method. The optical properties of the nanoparticles were characterized by a photoluminescence spectrometer. X-ray diffraction (XRD) was used to study the structure of the nanoparticles.
