Exploration of cultivating mode for research-oriented graduates major in computer science

This paper analyzes the education problems of research-oriented graduates major in computer science and proposes a cultivating mode for them from the aspects of the theoretical knowledge teaching and research capacity building to develop their innovation capacity. It gives a series of practical training methods to realize the cultivating process, so that provides the basis for the reform of computer science graduate education. At the end of the paper, a result of graduate education experiment shows the research capacity promotion of our graduate students using this cultivating mode.
