Abstract :
The paper first studied the regeneration system via thin cell layers in super sweet corn. The preliminary results showed that Thin cell layers (TCLs) excised from node and meristematic top with strong competition of morphogenesis. Although the paper didn´t get plantlets from direct embryos, but it had been confirmed that particle callus, direct buds and embryo like body can be induced from node and meristematic top; pretreatment with auxin is necessary to induce direct morphogenesis; in pretreatment stage, 1/2 MS was nutritional enough for yellow #9, while for silver #7 MS was better to get strong seedlings; whether dark or light in pretreatment, there was no difference; also no difference between MS with 2,4-D and SH with Dicamba, when 2,4-D2 and dicamba? good for particle callus, 2,4-D1 for bud and 2,4-D4 for embryo like body, but not good for embryo development; Finally, using different pretreatment time, continually culture matured embryo and testing N6 medium are next work.
