Abstract :
This review focuses on current-induced processing of carbon nanotubes (CNTs) using a transmission emission microscope (TEM). In order to aid the nanoprocessing of CNTs, a manipulator called supernanofactory is developed and installed in TEM. Experiments on plastic bending deformation and shape memory effect in CNTs are also conducted and discussed.
