Abstract :
Polynomial models are available in a number of well-known equation solver and network simulation programs, such as FORMULA/ONE, PSPICE, and SPICE2. The application of these models to digital logics systems is considered, together with methods of coefficient evaluation to meet differing design specifications. Although the latter process is generally feasible, the extension of the model to multi-input or energy storage situations appears to be quite difficult.
