Abstract :
Alzheimer´s disease (AD) is characterized by Abeta plaques, amyloid angiopathy, and NFTs. The ongoing challenge is to integrate present resources as to discover the unkown mechanism and propose possible treatment targets. In this paper, we attempt to find the cause and treatment of AD with computational approach by making use of KEGG,GeneCards, Brenda, DrugBank and STRING.
