Abstract :
The mechanism that blood fat regulating capsule regulates blood fat metabolism was investigated in this study. We have successfully developed a mice model with blood fat disorder by feeding those mice with different diets of medicine. By treating those mice with blood fat regulating capsule and blood fat rehabilitation capsule, It show that the blood fat regulating capsule can significantly reduce TC , TG , LDL-C , ApoB level, serum ET and LPO level while increase HDL , ApoA-I level ,SOD level in those mice; It also reduces arteriosclerosis exponent, ApoB/ApoA-I ratio. The effect of increasing ApoA-I and reducing ApoB/ApoA-I ratio is significantly better than the blood fat rehabilitation capsule. It is concluded that the blood fat regulating capsule improves the metabolism of blood fat by regulating many targets. Effects of blood fat regulating capsule on the blood fat metabolism is more obviously than blood fat rehabilitation capsule.
