Abstract
As the prevalence of Cloud computing continues to rising, cyber crimes related to Cloud or directly target to Cloud also increases. These emerging Cloud related cyber crimes have brought great challenges to the investigators when they adopting traditional digital forensics methods in the investigations. Yet, in Cloud forensics, limited progress has been achieved neither on law construction nor in technology field. In this paper, we analyze the difficulties and challenges faced by experienced traditional digital forensics investigators during Cloud forensic investigations, then indicate the main investigating objects at the beginning of evidence acquisition activities, and finally propose the investigating flow and skills in fighting against Cloud related cyber crimes.
