Abstract
This paper describes the experimental results dealing with the radio coverage in mines. First the narrow band response of the channel has been measured both in galleries and room with pillars in a frequency range extending from 150 MHz to 900 MHz. Wide band measurements are then described in order to optimize the telecommunication system
