Abstract :
In the paper some specific anomalous effects in the ionosphere are reviewed. They can be associated with the earthquake growing processes in the lithosphere and troposphere zones above the source. New techniques and technologies for ionosphere monitoring of these anomalous effects by a Specific Wave Plasma Complex for rocket and microsatellite monitoring of plasma density variations and ULF/VLF wave emissions is described.
