Abstract
With changes of the society, the lifestyles of the people are in constant evolution. Nowadays, The people expect the life to be comfortable, convenient, fashion and elegant, healthy and environmental protection, enjoy the life. Inevitably, the new lifestyles characteristics will stimulate new demands. Based on the new lifestyles, the article mainly discusses the rail site area planning aimed at the angle of the function orientation and region characteristic, landscape, traffic organization, from the living, working, transportation, consumption, and leisure modes.
