Abstract :
We describe an encrypted optical memory using double random phase encoding at the input plane and the Fourier plane. This technique allows the images to be stored as independent white complex stationary processes. Experimental results are presented. Optical encryption methods using random phase encoding have been proposed recently. In this summary, we describe an encrypted optical memory using double random phase encoding in both the input plane and the Fourier plane. Each stored image is encrypted and can be read out by a unique code or a universal code.
