Abstract
On the base of theoretical considerations concerning the nature of ultra-low frequency (ULF) signals (both of magnetospheric and lithospheric origin) an instrument for ULF electric and magnetic field measurements is designed and put in operation on the ground. By this apparatus a continuous monitoring of the ULF electromagnetic environment is realised.
