Abstract :
A reinitializing tracker using concatenated measurements in Kalman filter is applied for tracking, estimation, and identification in a bank-to-turn (BTT) tactical missile control. Reinitializing tracker is first introduced, then its application to missile tracking is presented. Lastly, real-time, on-line missile parameter identification is presented using both the Singer filter and the reinitializing tracker.
