Abstract :
We have fabricated and characterized a device that demonstrates both traditional memory behavior and memristive behavior and is compatible for use with flexible electronic technologies. Because the device exhibits both memory and memristive behaviors, it has the potential for use as nonvolatile binary memory in flexible or rigid electronics, as well as for use as a memristive component in an entirely new paradigm of computing.
