Abstract :
This document describes experiences and lessons learned in implementing and rolling out advanced IP-based services in GTE Internetworking, now called Genuity. It addresses architectures for integrated end-to-end e-commerce order entry and service provisioning for advanced IP-based services. This involved accessing provisioning functionality from off-the-shelf service platforms and tying them to Web-enabled order entry systems
