Integrated safety & quality framework for ATM/CNS technical services

This paper focuses on the processes related to the technical activities contributing to the provision of the ATM/CNS business services integrating the best safety and quality practices. Actually, these processes rely on two key elements: first one is an adapted system model introducing the concept of technical services, and second a clear understanding of the meaning safety and quality concepts for technical services. The resulting processes dealing with technical service delivery and provision, supported by technical competence management are exposed.
