  • Abstract
    Teacher quality is the fountainhead of gaining competitive power for the university. Therefore, evaluating the teacher quality of the university is the premise the and foundation for the university to obtain the competitive advantage and it is also an important guarantee of maintaining its competitive advantage and the realization of sustainable development. Teacher is the pusher of the innovation and the high quality education of the university. Neglecting the establishment of the evaluation to the university will cause the university education efficiency being low and the university´s sustainable innovation being immersed in trouble. The effective teacher quality evaluation can help the university get the sustainable innovation. Though introducing the characteristics of the teacher quality, this article gave us a new method to inspect the teacher´s quality. The unascertained measurement model was used to inspect that whether or not the university has the high quality teacher, which is useful for the university to get the effective and efficient development. Moreover, the universities were given an effective and helpful inspection to enhance the teacher´s quality.
