  • Abstract
    Recently mobile device is regarded as a popular platform of geo-based applications. Web browser on mobile is also enough to support mobile web services. Demand of mobile web app handling geo-based data is increasing in the many application fields. Among various possible approaches for actual implementation, 3D geo-data visualization service is the most prospective fields related to 3D real world modeling. For this purpose, 3D terrain modeling and fusion rendering using WebGL of HTML5 supporting graphic accelerator without plug-in components is possible. This study presents a test case of mobile web app for 3D fusion themes taking into account of several data types and multiple formats including satellite images.
